Trinity Transition Housing Initiative provides structured shared housing for independent adults seeking safe, affordable, community-based living environments for Individuals in Transition. We provide housing for individuals working with verified social service organizations, including veterans, seniors, individuals in recovery, re-entry, and those facing housing instability. We do not provide clinical, medical, or case management services. All support services are delivered by partner agencies.
